Banglalink Power is a digital platform developed by Banglalink Digital Communications Ltd. (“Banglalink”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), enabling users to operate as self-retailers under the assigned distributors. By accessing or using the Banglalink Power App (“Banglalink Power” or “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

 

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm you meet this requirement. Additionally, you need an active BL SIM registered under your National ID (NID) for verification. 

By registering and using Banglalink Power, you agree to: 

    • Provide accurate, complete information and update it as needed. 

    • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials. Please do not share your PIN with anyone, Banglalink will not request to share your PIN via phone call or SMS or any other means.

    • Operate under an assigned distributor onboarded through Banglalink’s standard process.

    • Use the App for legal and intended purposes only.

You are solely responsible for any activity under your account and any personal information you provide. 

You agree not to: 

    • Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

    • Introduce malware, disable or interfere with the App’s operation.

    • Misrepresent yourself or act in violation of applicable laws. 

 

    • Users can add funds to their Banglalink Power account using digital payment methods made available through Banglalink’s authorized payment partners (e.g., bKash). 

    • Users shall be responsible to ensure that any funds added to their BL Power wallet come from lawful and legitimate sources, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Banglalink may suspend or terminate the account and/or notify relevant authorities if there is reasonable suspicion that the funds originate from illegal activities or are being used for unlawful purposes. 

    • Once a cash-in is completed, the balance can only be used for selling Banglalink recharge. 

    • Cash-out or withdrawal of balance is not permitted. 

    • All transactions are processed via Banglalink’s payment gateway on behalf of the assigned distributor.

All Banglalink Power users operate as retailers under a designated distributor. The distributor is responsible for managing Advance Income Tax (AIT) on your behalf and for issuing AIT certificates upon request. 

To enable core functionality and validate transactions, location services must be turned on while using the App. For details on how location data is used, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

The App may request access to your mobile device features (e.g., camera, location, gallery, SIM data) to provide full functionality. These permissions are explained in detail in our Privacy Policy, including how your data is processed and stored. 

 

All content, source code, trademarks, logos and materials within the App are the exclusive property of Banglalink or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is strictly prohibited. 

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Banglalink does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for damages arising from: 

    • Your use or inability to use the App.

    • Any data loss, security breach, or technical fault. 

    • Third-party actions or legal non-compliance by users. 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and/or the Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of the App post-update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 

Banglalink reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if Banglalink is of the opinion that you: 

    • Have violated any part of the Terms or applicable law; or

    • Are engaged in fraudulent, abusive, suspicious or illegal activities through the App. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
